Houses completely washed away.

Pier has been destroyed.

Wal Mart.. All gone.

Community is closed and abandoned.

Destroyed.

All gone.

I have no idea what was here.

Debris still lodged into pier.

The pier embedded near the road.

What is left of a Church.

Ground zero..

Hotel is destroyed.

Shocking..

The whole community is gone.

A hotel.

A palm tree that may or may not be dead.

This does not look safe.

I don't know if they will ever rebuild.

Same with this hotel.

How can a hurricane do this.

It was quite overwhelming viewing all the damage today. Hurricane Katrina was certainly a huge storm
that caused billions in damage. I hope they are all able to rebuild.
