I'm excited to invite our supporters on this year's storm chase to tornado alley. Please take some time to read the information below on how to join us on our storm chases.

HOW TO ACCESS THE LIVE STREAM:
Live streaming is accessed through our supporter portal which is managed via Patreon.

WHICH TIER DO YOU CHOOSE:

• You can instantly access the USA live storm chasing via the Patreon GOLD Tier.
• Patreon is now setup to be billed on the date you joined.
  For example: If you join on the 7th of May, you are charged on the same day each month.

STREAMING DURATION AND FREQUENCY:
Live streaming is expected to take place only when all the following apply:

• There is storm activity that warrants interception and tracking.
• I am in a position to intercept severe weather (geographic location and travel times / safe repositioning permitting).
• I am well rested and can undertake this activity safely.
• Vehicle, camera equipment and uplink connectivity are working without technical issues.

It's expected there will be between 40 to 60 live streams that will take place across our entire expedition.

PUBLIC LIVE STREAMING/ CHASES:
When we do live stream publicly, the YouTube rewind function will only be available to Patreon Supporters. Once a Public live stream is completed. These streams will only be available to YouTube Silver Tier Members and above for 7 days.

PATREON LIVE STREAMING ARCHIVE & SENSITIVE CONTENT:

• Once a Patreon live stream has finished, all Patreon Gold Members will be able to access replay for the entire US Storm Season and at least one month thereafter. (For private viewing by the supporter only)
• If sensitive content is captured which is not suitable for replay, an archive stream may be removed immediately following the broadcast.
• DVR / Rewind Mode will be activated on the Patreon live streams. Up to 4 hours rewind may be available when live.

LIVE STREAMING NOTIFICATIONS:

• LIVE streaming timing will be announced on my social media accounts.

USING PATREON DONATIONS TOWARDS PHOTO ORDERS:

• Your support via Patreon may be used as a credit for photo orders from my Flickr Gallery.
• Photos are delivered in .JPG format via a download link. (Please allow up to 14 days for delivery during peak activity)
• Photos may be purchased separately via the "Support Us" link on the home page.
• For supporters on all tiers the rate of $25.00 USD per photo applies.
• To use your Patreon support credit towards a photo order, please use this form to submit your request.

PHOTO USAGE TERMS:

• Photos to be used for personal / display purposes only.
• Photos may be printed and used in a personal / commercial setting, such as a home or office.
• Photos may NOT be used on a website, blog, article, or editorial.
• For editorial or commercial licensing, please email me with your requirements.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES:

• We ask all participants in our live chat to respect one another.
• Any person found abusing, harassing or controlling other members will be removed.
• No advertising or commercial activities are permitted in any forum.
• If you feel another user is abusing these guidelines please let me know by emailing info@dsconsultancy.com - Send screen captures where possible.

• A dedicated technical alert system has been established that allows real time feedback to alert me about streaming issues. A link on how to access this system will be available either by email or via Patreon.
• Emails are generally answered after a storm chase, after being well rested such as down days. Delays must be expected after a major event or incident.

EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT ACCESS:
If you are a warning coordinator at the National Weather Service, Skywarn Net Co-ordinator or County/State Emergency Manager, and are needing to access the live stream to assist with your emergency operations, immediate free access will be made available when possible. Your request will be prioritized above all others. Please use the form below to request access and follow up your request with a phone call.
